Standard IVR systems have one channel open to both play the prompts and record the answers. The problem is that the one channel can only do one thing at a time - play or record - so what's said on the phone while the prompts play is not recorded.

IQVerify Dual Channel Recording opens two channels simultaneously to record what's said while the prompts are played. You get the entire conversation, just as it was originally recorded.

By eliminating a rep's ability to mislead the customer, IQVerify helps to ensure that your sales are not misrepresented. Furthermore, when reps know they can be monitored at every step of the verification process, it deters fraudulent attempts from happening from the start.

Web Services / Data-Posting
